  • Since we were working in a new area, we had a tough time gathering all the important project data and designing the user interface and user experience.
  • Another big challenge was handling sensitive customer and business data. We had to make sure it was secure and that we followed all the privacy rules.
  • We also had to figure out how to add Instagram’s photo feed to the website.
  • Creating algorithms to recommend the right salon professionals to customers was not easy.
  • We also had to make a website for individual salon owners on an existing platform.
  • To deal with all these complicated situations, our experts came up with different user scenarios and system plans.
  • Through lots of meetings with the clients and our team, we were able to overcome these challenges and tried our best to finish the project on time.
