Important announcements were made through meetings or emails, which were not very efficient.
As our client’s business grew, they realized the need for a better system to manage their workers.
Their main goal was to make the mining and healthcare industries safer, and more productive, and ensure their employees were satisfied with their jobs.
To achieve this, they wanted to replace manual processes with an online workforce management software that could manage projects and assign workers more efficiently.
This workforce management software would also keep all worker information in one place, making it easy to access and maintain accurate records.
